Hello, I’m Philly Campbell, the founder and owner of Philly’s French Candies. I began my pastry journey in 2022 and studied Culinary Arts at Howard Community College in Maryland, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. I also traveled to France to study candies and pastries abroad, earning a certification from École Ducasse.

My purpose is simple: to serve people who want a high-quality candy experience. I use premium ingredients and apply French technique to create candies that feel authentic, elevated, and made with care. Whether you’re shopping for a holiday gathering, a special event, or a treat for yourself, I’m honored to share my work with you.
